Appointments & Deposits
Deposits are required to secure ALL appointments. The deposit will be 50% of the total service cost & will be deducted at the end of your visit.
We request 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a late cancellation the deposit will be kept & not refunded. No-shows will be charged for the FULL service amount.
How to Cancel?
Please do not cancel or change any appointments via social media, you will need to call the salon to make these changes.
These policies allow us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list & ensures our stylists can manage their schedules efficiently. THANK YOU!
